Executive Chef and Food Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious culinary professional to lead our food production team in a dynamic corporate environment. As Executive Chef and Food Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals that exceed our customers' expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding food quality and presentation
  • Developing and implementing innovative menu ideas that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • Maintaining strict adherence to food safety, health, and safety protocols, as well as COSHH guidelines
  • Implementing and monitoring food cost control measures to ensure efficient resource utilization

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef or food service manager in a large-scale corporate environment
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate your team
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through high-quality food and service
  • The ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex food production challenges
