Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership: Lead and manage M&E teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  2. Package Management: Oversee individual project packages, ensuring all installations meet the required specifications.
  3. Commercial Awareness: Manage project financials, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and procurement. Provide key insights into cost control and efficiency measures.
  4. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary contact between the installation teams and Contract Managers, ensuring clear communication and collaborative working practices.
  5. Site Management: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site, and that all work is conducted in line with company and industry standards.
  6. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact project progress or quality, ensuring any challenges are swiftly addressed.
  7. Compliance: Ensure the project adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including building codes, environmental regulations, and health and safety laws.

The estimated salary for this role is £72,500 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards.
