About the role
The Advanced Practitioner will be responsible for delivering high-quality social care services to children and families. They will be confident in their analysis and decision-making skills to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to develop social work expertise and support the Children's Trust in its improvement journey.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a complex and diverse caseload to the required standards
- Skilled in supervision, performance management, and improvement techniques
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve social care services
About you
You will be a qualified social worker, who has completed their ASYE. Registered with Social Work England and have the commitment and passion to be at the forefront of delivering best practice and support to children and families.
