About the Role

The Advanced Practitioner will be a confident and skilled professional in analysis and decision-making, delivering purposeful and effective social care to children and families.

This role requires a strong desire to develop social work expertise and support the Children's Trust in its improvement journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex and diverse caseload to the required standards.
  • Develop and implement effective supervision and performance management techniques to ensure high-quality practice.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve services and outcomes for children and families.
About You

We are seeking a qualified social worker who has completed their ASYE and is registered with Social Work England.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering best practice and supporting children and families.
