We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team in our office based just outside York. This role requires excellent data entry skills, as you will need to accurately capture customer requests in our internal system. You must have a good command of English and numeracy, as well as excellent communication skills to articulate customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced office environment, with the ability to work to deadlines and proactively handle any queries that may arise. You will also need to have good IT skills, with some experience of working with CRM databases an advantage. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and upbeat candidate who is ready for a challenging role.

Key Responsibilities:

Working Pattern: Our Customer Services team work flexibly together to get the job done. This role is 37.5 hours per week and will cover a shift pattern of 7.5 hours per day between the hours 9:00 – 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 9:00 – 17:30 on a Friday (with an unpaid break of 1 hour) and up to 3 hours on a Sunday (working from home on a rota basis).

Work Location: Our York office is based in Upper Poppleton, and we are currently operating 4 days in the office and 1 day at home. If you are working a Sunday shift this will be from home. During the training period, you will be required to work in the office 5 days per week.
