Job Title: Academic Leader

We are seeking a visionary Academic Leader to drive innovation in education at Fife College. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the College and its community.

About the Role:
  • Provide leadership for the enhancement of the college's curriculum and services, contributing to the institution's strategies and operational planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key bodies such as SDS, Fife Council, schools, universities, and industry partners in relation to curriculum development, knowledge exchange, and pathways to learning and employability.
  • Lead on and develop collaboration in support of positive internal and external stakeholder engagement at all levels to ensure sustainability and growth across the college portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Teaching qualification.
  • Sustained academic leadership consistent with a senior role, including employer engagement.
  • Understanding of the FE and HE education sector in Scotland and the UK.
Compensation:

£45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
