Senior Digital Employee Experience Manager

RedCat Digital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Employee Experience Manager to lead our services group in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and owning the way employees interact with the business digitally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 15+ professionals in developing and implementing digital employee experience strategies
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure group to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions
  • Manage vendor and 3rd party relationships to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and communicate the DEX vision to stakeholders
  • Act as the service owner for client technology assets in EMEA
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing teams responsible for digital employee experience
  • Knowledge of ticket management and reporting within ServiceNow
  • Experience with Coupa in procurement processes
  • Strong understanding of modern client computing platforms, including MS Windows OS, MS SCCM, MS M365, and IOS and Android mobile devices
