Digital Employee Experience Manager
**About the Role**
RedCat Digital is seeking a Digital Employee Experience Manager to lead a team of over 15 professionals in developing and owning the way employees across EMEA interact with the business digitally. As a key member of our services group, you will be responsible for actuating the service owner for client technology assets in EMEA.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Act as the service owner for client technology assets in EMEA
* Have worked with ticket management and reporting within ServiceNow
* Experience managing a team of technical staff responsible for Digital Employee Experience
* Strong knowledge of modern client computing platforms, including MS Windows OS, MS SCCM, MS M365, and IOS and Android mobile devices
