Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Legal Administrator to join our team at Joshua Robert Recruitment. The successful candidate will assist the legal department in preparing and reviewing property-related legal documents, maintaining accurate records, and performing general office duties.


About the Role:


As a Junior Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for:



  • Preparing and reviewing property-related legal documents, including contracts and lease agreements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of legal files and compliance documentation
  • Liaising with property managers and external legal advisors regarding legal matters
  • Performing general office duties, including incoming calls, general administration duties, and responding to external contacts
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and organizing files
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Salary and Benefits:


A competitive salary of £22,308 per annum, with increases after a successful probation period. Our client offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, where you can develop your skills and expertise in a rapidly growing industry.
