About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and supervise the delivery of quality physiotherapy services in line with current professional practice and company policies.
  • Conduct initial assessments and create individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of skills, including specialist areas of physiotherapy.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree in Physiotherapy, current registration with the Health Professionals Council (HPC), and membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN). A background in NHS band 6 or equivalent post-qualification experience is also essential.
