Job Description:

As a Residential Care Manager at Athena Care Homes, you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:

You will oversee the overall operation of the care home, including managing budgets and staff performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively manage all aspects of the care home.
  • Take ownership of the recruitment and development of the team.
  • Ensure the home is fully staffed and rotas are prepared in advance.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
  • Paid DBS and NMC renewals.
  • Refer a friend scheme.
