Contract Software Architect

Estimated Salary: £81,250 per annum.

Bright Purple is partnering with a leading Security client to recruit an experienced Observability software architect to spearhead the development of an end-to-end observability platform.

In this key contract role, you'll be responsible for crafting essential reporting and analytics infrastructure to drive the client's growth.

The initial contract term spans six months, offering full remote work possibilities within the UK or Europe.

We seek an exceptional senior Lead Software Engineer/Consultant/Architect knowledgeable in state-of-the-art Observability technologies. It's preferable if you've previously designed and developed an observability product.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing refined dashboards for observing and measuring data
  • Applying Cyber / Network Security analytics using modern Big Data strategies
  • Demonstrating expertise in programming languages such as Python or Go, with experience in Redis
  • Familiarity with Grafana / Loki / Prometheus or similar Observability/Monitoring solutions
