As a Sourcing Manager with the Hydrogen Group's People & HR Sourcing team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to fill key roles within our clients' organizations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sourcing Manager with expertise across People/HR categories and IT Service/Software
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
