We are partnering with a leading food industry player to find a talented Category Manager to drive growth strategies for their leading food brands. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of the food category by developing strategies that enhance sales, market share, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with key customers to enhance category performance and drive category growth.
- Provide detailed analysis on category performance, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending actionable improvements.
- Offer analytical support in the development and execution of category strategies that drive sales, profitability, and market share.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align category plans and overall brand growth.
- Work closely with the internal team to optimise in-store execution, including shelf space, planograms, and product placement.
- Experience in category management or insights within an FMCG company or leading agency.
- Strong ability to use market data and consumer insights to drive category decisions and growth.
- Proven skills in translating data into actionable strategies that boost sales and market share.
- Ambition to grow in a full Category Manager role within a dynamic FMCG company.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
