This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integration and Enterprise Automation Specialist to join Computappoint, a leading expert in content management and enterprise automation technologies. Our innovative and ambitious organisation provides unique design and delivery solutions as well as targeted business outcomes.
In this role, you will be supporting the delivery team in building a variety of recipes and integrations for client needs using both code and no-code. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the understanding of requirements, scoping, and design of solutions
- Implementing agreed and designed solutions from end-to-end
- Providing technical demonstrations and training of solutions and products
- Writing up reports and documentation
- Working with vendors to resolve issues and bugs
- Participating in pre-sales work with clients as required
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of technical hands-on experience in design and solution implementation or support around automation products such as Workato
- Technical qualifications, written, verbal, and presentation skills, and experience
- Experience and hands-on technical knowledge of business process automation and workflow technologies, and how they are applied in customer businesses – low-code BPMS, RPA, iPaaS knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of APIs, authentication methods, and RESTful services
- A strong focus on providing great service to clients and partners
