Brand Manager

Crisp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer in the cosmetics industry. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving brand strategy and communications from a creative and analytical perspective.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Objectives and Brand Development: Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of marketing campaigns and activities, ensuring to maintain brand integrity across product lines and all communication.
- Financial Management: Manage and execute day-to-day activities associated with all marketing, including project management, activity tracking, and reporting.
- Product Development and Portfolio Management: Develop and coordinate marketing and communication plans for the brand, including launch programs, promotional activity, email campaigns, advertising, exhibitions/events, training.
- Communications: Build relationships with and support management of third-party agencies, including PR and editorial, copywriters, collateral, and merchandising production and printers.
- Content Creation and Management: Ensure all projects are completed within given timescales and with given budget.
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience.
- Degree educated in marketing or business.
- Experience in retail, fashion, cosmetics, jewelry, hair care, or skin care.
- Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail.
- Very results-driven.
- Creative yet analytical.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
