Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Platinum Search. As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand marketing strategies, coordinating brand marketing campaigns, analyzing consumer trends, and maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and ensure that all marketing materials meet brand guidelines.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate brand marketing campaigns, including project management, activity tracking, and reporting.
- Market Research: Analyze consumer trends and market research to inform marketing strategies.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, excellent communication and project management skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
