About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Support Specialist to join our team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a key member of our Business Services vertical, you will play a critical role in supporting our UK and International sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer due diligence requests from our global customers, ensuring timely completion and adherence to service levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to collect and compile responses needed to complete questionnaires and proposals.
  • Compose clear, concise answers to customer inquiries or requests for clarification.
  • Support the development of the bid content library and work with proposal managers to create persuasive proposals.
  • Meet proposal and questionnaire deadlines by prioritizing tasks and managing information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals, and signatures.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Experience in bid or sales support is required.
  • Effective writing, editing, and business communication skills are necessary.
