About the Business: LexisNexis Risk Solutions is a leading provider of risk assessment solutions. Our Business Services vertical offers a range of solutions to help businesses drive revenue growth, maximize operational efficiency, and improve customer experience.

About the Team: Our team supports our UK and International sales organization, working closely with multiple functional areas to complete responses to customer requests. We work together to develop and produce winning sales proposals that position LexisNexis Risk Solutions as the preferred provider for data, technology, and analytical solutions.

About the Role: As a Bid Support Specialist, you will manage customer due diligence requests from our global customers. You will draft and review responses, manage deadlines, and provide request processing support for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the on-time completion of security questionnaires and other vendor requests for customers and prospects, ensuring adherence to service levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to collect and compile responses needed to complete questionnaires and proposals.
  • Compose clear, concise answers to customer inquiries or requests for clarification.
  • Support the development of the bid content library.
  • Work with proposal managers to support the development of persuasive proposals communicating LexisNexis Risk Solutions products responsive to RFx requirements.
  • Meet proposal and questionnaire deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals, and signatures.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Experience in Bid or sales support related roles.
  • Effective writing, editing, and business communication skills.
  • Advanced word processing knowledge.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality work.
