Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Sales Assistant to join our team at IO Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their sales skills and build strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, timely sales quotes and process orders efficiently.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and customer service skills.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activity to provide valuable insights to the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain successful client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus, but not necessary as training will be provided.
Salary: Up to £28,000 Per Annum plus benefits.
Location: Portishead, UK.
