About the Role:

Kenton Black is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in delivering high-profile projects in the UK. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all site operations and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing site teams and ensuring that day-to-day site activities are carried out in line with the project programme and procedures.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining exemplary health and safety standards at all times and ensuring that all site activities are carried out in a safe and controlled manner.
  • You will be responsible for producing and monitoring project programmes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • You will be responsible for regular liaison with commercial teams and design teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated and delivered to the highest standards.
  • You will be required to attend site meetings, subcontractor meetings, and design meetings as necessary to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the site team and clients, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and creating solutions to on-site issues, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

  • You will have a track record of delivering high-rise city centre builds from inception to completion.
  • You will have knowledge of a broad range of packages from RC Frame, through Facades/Externals and final finishes.
  • You will be a confident decision-maker who is able to take ownership of workload.
  • You will be able to see ahead of the curve and spot potential issues/solutions.
  • You will be an adaptable and dynamic individual who can lead from the front.
  • You will have a construction background working on projects upwards of £30m.
  • You will hold a CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and Clean UK Driving License.
