Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Nurse to join our dynamic integrated respiratory nurse team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our well-established community service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake treatment optimisation, clinical oxygen assessments, and reviews in both patient homes and clinic settings.
- Provide specialist nursing knowledge support to other healthcare professionals and offer advice to patients, carers, and families with long-term respiratory conditions and those requiring oxygen therapy.
- Work collaboratively with the Primary and Community Healthcare Team and other respiratory nurse specialists to meet patient needs, support policy and procedure implementation, and provide nurse leadership as required.
- Assess, develop, implement, and evaluate patient needs, assisting in the implementation of healthcare policies and promoting evidence-based practice.
