We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Nurse to join our dynamic integrated respiratory nurse team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our well-established community service.

• Undertake treatment optimisation, clinical oxygen assessments, and reviews in both patient homes and clinic settings.
• Provide specialist nursing knowledge and support to other healthcare professionals.
• Offer advice and guidance to patients, carers, and families with long-term respiratory conditions and those requiring oxygen therapy.
• Work collaboratively with the Primary and Community Healthcare Team and other respiratory nurse specialists to meet patient needs.
• Assist in the implementation of healthcare policies and promote evidence-based practice.
