About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Mecca Bingo in Luton as a Cleaner. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the casino. You will work closely with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure that our venue is always looking its best.

Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing a courteous and professional service to our customers
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the casino, including the gaming floor, bars, and other public areas
  • Working collaboratively with the cleaning and wider bingo team to achieve results and improve the service provided
  • Ensuring that all areas of the casino are presented to the highest standard, including the gaming floor, bars, and other public areas

  • Ensuring that you proactively comply with all regulations, particularly for hygiene, food safety, and safer gambling
  • Immaculate operational standards in all areas
  • Working to timescales when completing tasks


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience of working successfully in a cleaning role
  • Experience using a range of cleaning equipment and products
  • A fanatical approach to delivering unrivalled results
  • Ability to collaborate with the team and wider business
  • Sound communication skills

  • Great time management
  • Attention to detail
