About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Mecca Bingo in Luton as a Cleaner. As a key member of our cleaning and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the casino is presented to the highest standard.

You will be working collaboratively with the wider team to deliver impeccable standards and take pride in your work. Providing a courteous and professional service, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for welcoming them warmly into the business.

We are looking for someone who is fanatical about delivering unrivalled results, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable with change and able to embrace new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly into the business

  • Providing input to improve the service provided

  • Working to timescales when completing tasks
