Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Management: Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
- Vital Sign Monitoring: Regularly monitor vital signs, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges.
