About the Role

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking a highly skilled Direct Mail and Email Specialist to join one of its key clients, a leading customer service focused print management company.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive direct mail and email marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and implementing a direct mail and email marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Working closely with stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
  • Developing and managing the creative delivery of direct mail and email communications

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in direct mail and email marketing, preferably in a retail environment or B2C market. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong creative flair
  • Able to work under time pressure and respond well to last-minute changes
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage stakeholders up to Board level

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
