About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on technical training to our Direct associates at the Banbury Plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and role model the output of the Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) and contribute to its further development.
- Deliver training with excellence through engaged leadership and coaching, driving a culture of engagement and developing capabilities.
- Manage the competency management plan for the Plant, monitoring results on Key Performance Indicators.
- Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and Human Resources Business Partner to ensure competency management system development and implementation.
- Drive proactive benchmarking with other internal and external Training Experts to generate best practice.
Requirements:
- Relevant training or instructor qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Continuous improvement methodology understanding.
- Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
- Experience in training, coaching, and assessment methodology.
- Experience managing vocational competency management.
- Experience in Management of Change.
- Excellent planning skills with the ability to ruthlessly prioritize.
- Dynamic self-starter with excellent communication skills for all levels of the organization.
