Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the branch operational (variable cost) P&L performance, including retail channel sales vs budget;
  • Ensuring the correct controls, measures, and inventory controls are in place;
  • Holding line management responsibility for the branch operational and retail teams;
  • Leading, managing, coaching, and developing the branch team to deliver on business plans and uphold customer promises;
  • Cultivating an equitable, diverse, and inclusive environment where colleagues feel empowered to be themselves.

As a senior member of the branch management team, you will be expected to:

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members;
  • Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies;
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
