About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at BIP UK. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients on large-scale digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run workshops to elicit and define business requirements and user stories with client teams.
  • Perform process and requirements gap analysis.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct impact analysis and business requirement elicitation, documentation, validation, prioritization, review, and sign-off.
  • Identify and analyze business process improvements and implement changes to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a digital transformation environment.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into actionable requirements.
