About the Role

As an RF Engineer at Roke, you will be part of a team that delivers complex and unique challenges for National Security customers. Your responsibilities will be varied and wide-ranging, including:

  • Working closely with System Design Authority and Project Manager to ensure timely and quality delivery of engineering development tasks.
  • Providing accurate estimates of effort and complexity, and identifying potential risks.
  • Collaborating with other technical experts to engage with clients and solve complex challenges.
  • Ensuring compliance with Roke policies and procedures.
  • Undertaking other reasonable duties as required for the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities

As an RF Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the derived requirements of RF sub-systems to contribute to solving client needs.
  • Designing RF, analogue, interface, control, and conversion circuits.
  • Writing and conducting sub-system tests for your designs.
  • Producing supporting documentation in accordance with Roke's Engineering Process.
  • Supporting integration and test activities.
  • Contributing to the Roke Innovation process.
  • Managing your professional development with your line-manager.
