Job Description

As an RF Engineer at Roke, you will play a critical role in delivering complex solutions for our National Security customers. Your expertise will be essential in enabling mission-critical success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the System Design Authority (SDA) and Project Manager (PM) to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality engineering development tasks.
  • Provide accurate estimates of effort and complexity, and identify potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Engage with other technical experts to drive innovation and excellence in RF engineering.
  • Comply with Roke's policies and procedures, including the Roke Engineering Process.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business.
Key Requirements
  • Develop and manage RF sub-systems to meet client needs, contributing to the delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Design and develop RF, analogue, interface, control, and conversion circuits.
  • Write and conduct sub-system tests to validate your designs.
  • Produce high-quality documentation in accordance with the Roke Engineering Process.
  • Support integration and test activities to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Contribute to the Roke Innovation process and drive professional development within the RF community.
  • Manage your professional development with your line-manager to ensure continued growth and excellence.
