We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Sterilization and Disinfection Specialist at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the sterilization and disinfection process, ensuring that all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for use in surgical and medical procedures.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £26,500 - £31,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits and training opportunities.

About the Job:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The shift patterns may vary, but we offer flexible working arrangements to ensure a good work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating sterilization and disinfection activities
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Providing guidance and support to junior staff members

Requirements:
