About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Lounge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes to meet customer expectations
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or equivalent role
