Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and cooperate with multiple team members, including designers, contractors, and clients, to ensure compliance with relevant duties.
  • Provide pre-construction information to designers, contractors, and clients.
  • Assist clients in validating health & safety credentials of contractors.
  • Undertake safety by design review workshops.
  • Attend client meetings and advise on Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Guide the Design team and client through Health & Safety requirements.
  • Organise design risk workshops and review designers' risk assessments.
  • Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and clients regarding health and safety.
  • Review Principal Contractors' information, including Construction Phase Health & Safety plans, Health & Safety files, and F10 submissions.
  • Undertake CDM site audits and lessons learned workshops.
  • Produce and issue fee schedules and project reports.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on Construction Design Management.
  • Experience working on projects led by MEP services.
  • Data Centre and/or large-scale infrastructure project experience.
  • Knowledge of MEP building services and UK Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
  • NEBOSH Diploma essential.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with designers and contractors.
  • Presentation and training skills.
  • Fluent English speaker with other language skills desirable.
