About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Academic Section as a Helpdesk Administrator. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to students, practice staff, and university-based staff, ensuring seamless delivery of our electronic practice assessment document (ePad) for health and social care students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to queries related to assessment in practice placements, providing timely and accurate support to users.
  • Administer ePad accounts, ensuring data and information are correct and up-to-date for users.
  • Collaborate with the Student Development service to deliver employability and careers services, academic skills support, and student engagement expertise.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent administration, customer service, and communication skills, with experience in using databases and Microsoft Office. A level or NVQ Level 3 qualifications and a sound understanding of Information Technology software use are essential.
