Senior Administrator in Charge of Exams

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage and coordinate all aspects of examination administration and planning throughout the academic year at St Benedict's Catholic College.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing a team of invigilators, ensuring the smooth execution of exams, and maintaining accurate records. A flexible and proactive approach, combined with excellent communication skills, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage examination administration and planning
  • Organize and coordinate invigilators

  • Ensure compliance with examination regulations

Requirements:

Working Arrangements:

The hours of work will equate to 35 hours a week, with the possibility of additional hours during exam periods. The working pattern can be discussed at interview.

Salary:

The pay band for this role is Scale 7, with a salary within the range of £24,742.39 to £27, under 5 years service, and £25,066.53 to £27, over 5 years service.
