Network Engineer Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Field Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team based in Cambridgeshire.
This role involves providing technical field support for client sites across the UK, solving break/fix issues for all IT equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, installing, and configuring IT equipment at client sites, as well as providing basic training to end users on how to use equipment and systems.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of using and supporting Microsoft applications, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, and a general understanding of IT Networking. A full, clean UK driving licence is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver, install, and configure IT equipment at client sites
- Provide basic training to end users on how to use equipment and systems
- Be involved in system implementations and site deployments
- Complete basic network cable and socket repairs
Estimated Salary: £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
