About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our Property Services team at Southway Housing Trust. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance work across our portfolio of approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance work to a high standard
- Working independently and as part of a team to deliver customer-focused services
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard
- Managing personal workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Validating full driving license
Requirements:
- Experience of all M/S Plasterer repairs
- Citizens & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 Plasterer qualification
- Ability to deliver a customer-focused service
- Demonstrable ability for personal organisation and effective working
