Job Description

Hamilton Woods Associates is seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Plasterer to join our team in a temporary-permanent capacity. The successful candidate will work across void and tenanted properties, delivering high-quality plastering work and associated making good across the organization's housing stock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out reactive repairs on tenanted social housing properties
  • Deliver plastering work and associated making good across the organization's housing stock
  • Complete multi-skilled repairs where necessary
  • Utilize a PDA to manage tasks and materials
  • Measure and inspect repairs, ordering appropriate materials as needed
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures
  • Maintain van stock and ensure all necessary equipment is available
Essential Criteria:
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plastering
  • Full UK Driving License
