About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Install. As a Trainee Install, you will assist our lead technicians with various tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of installation and extraction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with tasks as directed by the lead technician, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • Ensure the vehicle is fully stocked with all required equipment for the day's work, as outlined in the survey.
  • Confirm all equipment is returned to the vehicle after the job is completed.
  • Review the survey sheet and inform the customer about the work to be performed.
  • Properly position and secure ladders to ensure the safety of both staff and customers.
  • Execute installation and extraction tasks by following verbal or written instructions from the survey.
  • Perform flow rate checks on bead and adhesive, and fill cavity walls in the correct sequence.
  • Use a borescope to verify successful cavity extraction, and repair and point holes with matching mortar.
  • Clean the work area by washing down sills and pathways, sweeping up debris, and disposing of all packaging.
  • Present the finished work to the customer, and complete and submit all paperwork to the office daily.
