Job Title: Trainee Install Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Trainee Install Technician. As a Trainee Install Technician, you will assist experienced technicians with tasks and responsibilities, gaining valuable skills and knowledge in the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with tasks as directed by the lead technician, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Ensure the vehicle is fully stocked with all required equipment for the day's work, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Confirm all equipment is returned to the vehicle after the job is completed, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Review the survey sheet and inform the customer about the work to be performed, providing excellent customer service and communication.
  • Properly position and secure ladders to ensure the safety of both staff and customers, prioritizing health and safety at all times.
  • Complete and submit all paperwork to the office daily, maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and hard working, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Physically fit and competent at working at heights, with a willingness to adapt to new situations.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Health and Safety knowledge, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • UK Driving Licence and ability to travel NI daily, with a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
