Salary and Benefits

As a Mail Delivery Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.54 per hour, paid monthly, with opportunities for overtime at 1.25 times the normal rate. You will also receive 22.5 days of holiday per year, rising with length of service, as well as a company pension scheme with competitive contribution rates. Additionally, you will have access to a range of benefits, including market-leading pay, a company pension scheme, and excellent family-friendly support.

Job Description

As a Mail Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to residents and businesses in the Leeds area. You will work independently, using your own initiative to navigate the most efficient delivery routes. You will also be required to work Saturdays and Sundays, with shift start times varying between 7am and 1pm. Due to operational demand, you may be required to work longer hours during peak periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. You should be organized, punctual, and able to work independently, with a high level of physical fitness. You will also need to be a people person, with excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
