Nurse Consultant for Older Adults

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our Cardiology Department at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an effective service to our Consultant Cardiologists and their teams.
Main Duties of the Job
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual to be part of a busy team, processing clinic letters, booking appointments, and liaising with internal and external providers. You will be dealing with incoming queries and day-to-day administrative duties, requiring an excellent understanding of the 18-week RTT process and knowledge of the Trust Access Policy.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with experience of performing administrative duties in an NHS or private hospital setting, who can work well in a team, take instructions from several sources, and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will need to be able to multitask, have strong admin abilities, and prioritise your own workload.
