Purchase Ledger Administrator Role

Reed Specialist Recruitment is pleased to be working with a successful business based in Newtownabbey and are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, office-based.

This role offers the chance to work within a secure team environment, reporting to the General Manager. The post holder will ensure the efficient and accurate functioning of the purchase ledger, including posting weekly invoices using Sage 50 software, uploading purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, resolving queries via phone and email, and performing other general office duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for applicants with at least 12 months' experience in accounts, preferably in a purchase ledger role. Experience working with Sage software and proficiency in MS Office applications are essential. You will work well in a small team environment and be happy to work part-time, in the office, from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:45pm, with one hour break.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
