About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Royalty Administration & Distribution Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end account support for artists & labels, ensuring timely and accurate payment of royalties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure contracts, manage royalty payments, and track statements for clients across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
  2. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in our royalty and accounting system, informing strategic decisions for our product team.
  3. Develop and implement operational standards to ensure seamless delivery of client content to digital service providers (DSPs).
  4. Investigate and resolve issues related to payment and distribution processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets and meeting vendor deadlines.

Requirements:

  • At least 4+ years of experience in a relevant field, preferably within a content or music distribution company.
  • Proven analytical skills, with expertise in digital distribution and royalty payment systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
