About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Oak House and Acorns, a small community home for adults with complex physical and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to adults with complex needs, following individualised care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the in-house therapies team to assess and develop bespoke training to meet the adults' needs.
  • Participate in a range of in-house and external activities to support the adults in living enriched lives.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of kindness and compassion.
