Program Overview

Based at one of our UK locations, you will rotate across multiple sites and collaborate with diverse teams to gain hands-on experience and create value for Sulzer's future. You will be exposed to key areas such as LEAN / Continuous Improvement, Procurement, Quality, and Planning & Scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team up with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives that boost productivity, enhance quality, and drive cost-efficiency.
  • Take part in transformative projects that create value by optimizing systems, processes, and technology.
  • Champion operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Develop robust business cases for capital investments, helping to shape Sulzer's future.
  • Support Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) to streamline efficiency and output.
  • Rotate across our UK sites and divisions, contributing fresh ideas and seizing opportunities to make a real impact.
