About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Manager to join our team at Third Nexus Group Limited. As a Sales and Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and development by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and build client relationships through a structured account management program
  • Provide training to users to improve product understanding and usage
  • Negotiate with customers to renew licenses and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, arrange demos, and follow up on leads
