Care and Support Worker

**About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Worker to join our team in an autism-focused setting. As a Care and Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals with daily activities and promoting their independence.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues alike.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Support autistic individuals with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
- Assist with medication management and administer medication as required
- Monitor and report any changes in service user behavior or well-being
**Requirements:*
- Previous experience working in a care or support role (not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
